WebHey, wsup! I have a decent PC, i5 4690k, GTX 1060, 8GB RAM, but CS:GO feels really choppy even when my fps is constantly above 250! It feels like I'm playing on a 60hz monitor (I have a ASUS VG248QE 144hz). I am 110% sure that I have everything set up for 144hz but it feels like it is something wrong with my monitor or display cable. WebDec 31, 2013 · By default, CS GO uses your desktop's refresh rate. If you set it to 144 in your video card's control panel you don't have to set it again. Changing the resolution and refresh rate via command line is fairly easy. Put this in the field when you right-click on your game in Steam -> Properties -> Set launch options... -w 1024 -h 768 -refresh 144
