The filter arrived with a huge dent and they sent me another one for free. 3. ) Bought a blower motor that arrived with a cracked squirrel cage. WebRock Auto is great but I've had a couple of problems with things purchased there. DO know that I have ordered thousands of dollars of parts from them though. I once got the wrong parts which I had to pay to ship back to them because the refused to accept responsibility.
